Any TV's that let you play PS4 picture-in-picture?

I'm about to get a new TV after like 15 years and I wanted to get one that has PIP with HDMI input, so someone can watch TV while another person plays the PS4. But, incredibly to me, there are like NO TVs out there that do that. Why!? Anyone know of one or how to do that?
