Apps/games will load properly, but I can't do anything at the first screen.

For example, tried loading netflix and I get stuck at the "Who's watching?" menu. Tried loading Rocket League, get stuck at the "Press any button to continue" (you can still hear the music and see the animations moving in the background perfectly).

I just moved into a new home and installed internet today. All of my other devices are operating well, and the PS4 is connecting to the internet just fine. I tried restarting, switching from wifi to LAN, updating apps and software...nothing is working.

Thoughts?

Edit: Rebuilt the database, did not work.
