Bo3 keeps crashing

I have update 4.73 and everytime i play a vustom game with friends or play online the game crashes after the match is over. Its been going on for a while and i have even tried wiping the cash. If i play other games like mlb 17 the game never crashes. But for some reason it is only bo3. Please help
