Having really bad Overwatch Lag all of a sudden, but internet is fine.

Ever since the summer games event started I've been having lag. Where the characters will run in place and then disappear. I ran a connection test and internet was fine. I played a game at 4 in the morning with nobody else awake and it was still lagging. I've never had any lag before. Anything I can do to fix this??
