I don't know anything about which SSD brand performs well or which is best for a PS4 pro, any suggestions?

I play a lot of ffxiv on my ps4 pro and the load times are absolutely killing me

Also, Is swapping my saved data and game data to an SSD hard? I have never done anything with computers or electronic component parts like this before.
