Is there anywhere else besides Amazon and the PSN Store to look for cheap digital games?

I'm itching to play Dying Light: Enhanced Edition, but I'm hesitant to make a purchase, as I saw it on sale (digital) for for 14.99 a few weeks back, but stupidly did not buy. Is there anywhere else I should look, or should I just wait it out until it's on sale again?
