For example, The Walking Dead: 400 Days has a trophy left entirely up to chance. Win the rock/paper/scissors game. There's a 50/50 chance you won't win, resulting in you having to load the chapter again and sit through tedious dialogue. If you choose not to reload and just continue playing, eventually coming back after finishing the chapters, you then lose the progress you've made due to going back - someone should have been fired for that.
A trophy is something you earn from skill, not chance.
The worst is a trophy in Watch Dogs that requires you to be "tailed" 5 times by other players, however, you have no indication that you've ever been "tailed" until the trophy pops.
Mildly frustrating to say the least.
