PS4 doesn't work on my Phillips Brilliant 190BW

I can boot it perfectly fine in safe mode, however when I restart it I receive a blank grey screen also happened when booting up.

I am using and HDMI - DVI Adapter and didn't have issues with the adapter for my laptop.
