Hey everyone, I'm a bit concerned about this issue I'm having. It's only happened twice so far, but I'm worried it'll continue happening if I don't do something about it now. I opened up my PlayStation a few hours today to get rid of some of the dust on the fan. Everything looked fine, so I closed it and hooked it back up. Then, while I was playing some For Honor, when bam, game closed and the disc came out. Didn't touch a thing. It was fine after I restarted it, but it still freaked me out. So if anyone can give me some help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you
