PS4 firmware 5.0 beta no longer starting early August?

It looks like the beta test for 5.0 got delayed a bit. I went and looked at the blog post announcing the signup for the 5.0 beta. I remember the post saying it would start in early August but, now I see the post got editing and early is now crossed out. ( http://ift.tt/2viTHN5 ) So it looks like it'll be later in August sometime.
