Hello, I am unable to access online PlayStation games and the PS Store. Whenever I turn on the PS4 it tells me to update the latest software but when I go to Settings>System Software Update it says "the latest version of the system software is already installed". I went under System>System Information it says that the version I have is 4.72 I checked the PS4 website and it says the new update is 4.73 but whenever I try to update my PS4 through the Internet it says I already have the latest version. I tried entering safe mode and rebuild database but that doesnt work. I tried to update the system from safe mode but even in safe mode, it gives me the option to download only the 4.72 file. I had no problems this morning playing online games on the PlayStation and logging in to my PS account from the PlayStation. I am unable to do either as of making this post.
