Putting in a good word for Titanfall 2's multiplayer.

I got this game early January played the campaign for a bit before putting it on the backburner cause I had to move and things were kinda hectic. Only recently I've had the free time to resume regular gaming.

First up, the servers (in Australia) are quite decent. The first online match I played was at 3:30 am and I found a match in 1min 30 seconds. On another day when I searched at 8am I found a game in 15 seconds. The netcode feels good, there's a snappy response to landing headshots or arcing those fire shurikens at some camper in the corner. And that's just on a wireless connection!

The game looks a bit intimidating on the surface with all the aerial stunts and chaos of Titans firing each other, but an average Joe like me was able to have fun and in just a handful of matches, I was nearing the top of the matchboards because the merits are counted from multiple kinds of things you do to help with the match. There's no death count which I think is a positive reinforcement. Gun control is nice, very responsive and organic.
