So I got hacked recently and have since successfully re-obtained the account. The thing is while browsing my email during the recovery process, I discovered two transactions coming from a foreign account (Not on my credit card or anything, i think this guy just changed my email to his account for some odd reason).
I have his username and his country of origin, how do I go about getting him banned? Would I just report him normally or follow it up with the people who retrieved my account? This person has caused me a lot of grief and I don't want them going after anyone else.
