So I have what it seems to be a Spanish copy of Fallout 4........

As the title says I seem to have bought a Spanish copy of Fallout 4, meanwhile I live in Hong Kong (So probably Asia region), however I want to buy the season pass for my game, is the season pass region locked? (Probably NA) Or that I can purchase the season pass from the Hong Kong PlayStation Store and it will work with my copy of Fallout 4?
