Trying to buy a PS4 game for my Canadian buddy (I'm from US) what's the best way to do so?

He told me new games in Canada reach almost $100 after tax. I was hoping to buy him this game while avoiding paying the high Canadian taxes but also without having to buy a physical copy in the US and shipping to Canada. Any way to do this digitally?
