Almost 4 years since the PS4 released and still no realistic skateboarding game

It's pretty certain that Skate 4 is never gonna happen but it's pretty surprising that there hasn't been a single realistic skateboarding game since the PS4 launched. Does anyone know if any companies are working on any realistic skateboarding Games?
