Any possibilities to watch Netflix in 4K on my monitor?

I am using the Samsung U28E590D but I can't watch Netflix in 4K on my PC because I dont have an i7 7th generation so I tried it on my PS4 Pro but it tells me I only have HDCP 1.4 (I need 2.2). Are there any possibilites to make it work or do I need a different monitor? :/
