Ergonomic controller for ps4?

Here's the story , I now have something called "trigger finger" apparently and I'm pretty sure destiny 2 was the icing on the cake. I think years of using Playstation controller caused this, especially first person games where you have to press R3 to sprint which put a stress on my left thumb. In any case, my thumb is messed up now and was wondering if there is any alternative to the Ps4 controller that I can get. Thanks in advance
