PlayStation Camera Question

Hey, i am looking to buy a PlayStation Camera but I had a couple of questions;

1) when I stream does it capture myself during the stream?

2) if I record gameplay can I have it record me as well?

3) if it can do one and two does it record sound or do I still need headphones?
