PS Store problems

Trying to order NHL 15 today, release day... first tried my usual method with PayPal, was then notified that my order may not be complete, then received an email saying my billing agreement was cancelled. Tried again, same thing. Removed PayPal, re-added it. Same thing. Added credit card, that didn't complete either. The hell?
