Sony banned my 11 YEAR OLD psn account... Supposedly due to a charge back on this fucking peice of shit game crimewave 2 payday edition that I wished I never bought.
However there was NO charge back made on this game.
They are saying for me to pay the full $20.00 debt to get my account back. They said each ban is throughoutly reviewed by "specialists" before a decision is made
I'm trying to let them know no charge back was made and I even see it on my statement. They want an extra 20 bucks for me for what?
I can't fucking talk to anyone because thier chat is full of copy and pasted messages and they say we "can't give information on this issue" and thier phones are full Indians who can't help for jack shit.
