Sony Please. Do something against those Blank Accounts

I keep getting Messages over Messages from Spam Accounts which is very annoying, i reported them so often but Of course The Report system says its nothing against the Rules.

Those accounts are Blank Accounts(No Games, Trophys, Friends) who Text you which are actually some kind of Spam bot Advertising for Websites, Please i beg you. Do something against it.
