Will I get banned/suspended for game sharing my account

Hey I wanted to know if I gameshare with my friend and he gameshare with me will get us banned,I have a PS Now account and a PSN subscription as well as a few downloaded games such as manhunt and GTAV.If I give him the information to get my account on his console will I get suspended and or banned?
