I plugged the LAN cable from the wall into my PS4, and went into settings, but when I tried to test connection it says the internet connection is failed but the IP address was successful. Most of the troubleshoots on google involve connecting the cable directly to the router, but since I'm in a dorm, that isn't really an option. Any help would be appreciated. (also, the wifi is garbage so that's why I'm doing this in the first place)
