I just want a racing game with a campaign mode that allows me to race, earn money, buy cars, repeat.

I was so sad when I discovered that GT Sport doesn't have this mode. Project cars has a career mode, but it's not exactly what I want because you can basically just choose any car. I want to actually earn the money and build my own garage.

Heck I would consider buying an XBone, but the loot boxes in Forza 7 really turn me off.

Are there any other options? Oh I will mention that I prefer a more "sim based" vs arcade game, but I would consider anything at this point.
