If i want to delete old harddrive contents do i have to deactivate my account first?

I have a ssd installed and I love it on my ps4 pro, my sister bought a ps4 (not a pro) and I was wondering if i could use my ps4 pro original harddrive on it? If so then I ask, can i remove my current ssd to install the old harddrive to reformat it (like delete all its content) without a need to deactivate my account first?
