Looking for ideas for a brand new controller that works well with my playing style.

I have bad joints and nerve damage in hands and arms. I play much different now much softer actually. My hands hurt after maybe an half hour of playing and even can hurt just pressing the run button. While this is fine in normal games it sucks when trying to play games like Destiny 2. Anyone here got an idea for a good controller?
