My controller won't charge or switch on

I was on holiday 3 weeks when I come back I try boot up ps4 press ps button on controller. Nothing happen, I put charger USB lead in and it flash orange for second then nothing....I read online some tips and press in reset button but nothing help.

Any ideas?
