I got a message today saying my account has been permanently banned but I have no idea why. I don't send messages to people and the only contact I have with other players is the occasional game with real life friends. So I'm at a loss as to why I got the ban. Who do you contact to find out what the issue was and resolve it. I own nearly all my games digitally so I don't want to be locked out of them.
