My PS4 wasn't working. When I tried to close an application it stayed on that screen for over a minute and I just hit back. When I tried to start a game the screen froze and stayed like that. So I went to restart PS4 and it has been on the "restarting the PS4" Screen for a couple minutes now. It says not to unplug the power cord. What do I do?
