Need help! my disk drive is busted. can i download the game i bought in the store??

The thing is that iam at my cabin in the woods right now... and my disk drive got busted. I bought the division 2 months ago, and been playing it for some time. I was wondering if it is possible to download the game without paying? Does ubisoft offer a digital version as well? Got internet here at the cabin as well:)

i know these is kinda a stupid question, but iam in quite a pickle here in the woods right now
