PS4 pro wifi speeds insanely slow after 5.0 update

I went from 3-5mbs to about 70-50kbs. Ive messed around with the dns and mtu setting, ive also updated my router firmware. My launch ps4 is right next to it and is getting 4-6mbs. Any suggestions?
