tried all the solutions and still can't connect to the wifi. this is driving me crazy

ever since I updated my ps4 it stopped working, it's telling me the cannot connect time within shit like that. whats even ironic is that when i clicked the suggested action, it directed me to the browser and i even went to search the playstation store in the browser, it literally fucking worked. but i still cant connect to the wifi except the suggested action. im fucking pissed and this is the 2nd ps4 i bought because the last one wasnt even working too. i dont know what to do anymore.
