My PSN account was hacked 20 mins ago. What to do?

Bought my PS4 10 days ago.

I was playing GT Sport 20 mins ago and my game was suddenly interrupted, paused and I got back to PS4 OS introduced to following message-

((my name surname, the name of my PSN account)) was signed in to another PS4 system, disconnecting from this PS4 system... something along those lines

Going through emails, somebody activated 2 step verification on my PSN and then deactivated it 15 minutes later...

When I try to turn on my PS4 now, I get the option to sign in with a weird name and surname (something like Azib Asadi or whatever) with my account, of course, completely missing

I have turned off my system... What am I supposed to do now?

EDIT: Email and password associated with my account was changed by whoever was messing with it... so, I can't change anything by myself anymore. I wasn't using same passwords for different accounts, I never do that... Only PSN was messed with, my email is intact and I have control over it

What is the easiest method for upgrading from my PS4 to the PS4 Pro? I also want to swap out the Pro hard drive.

I just ordered the PS4 Pro & the 2TB Seagate FireCuda. I’ll have both Friday.

I’ve never done this before. I’d like to transfer everything from my PS4 to the Pro & also put the 2TB FireCuda in the Pro. I’m then selling my PS4 to a guy from Craigslist. I’d like to wipe it completely as if he’s getting a brand new PS4. I don’t want any of my personal info left on it. I do have a 2TB external HDD & a 128GB USB drive.

What is the best way to do all of this, like a step by step guide. All I can find on YouTube is videos on how to remove hard drives from the PS4 & Pro.

Can't connect mic to PS4

Hi,

So I'm currently using my BOSE QC35 when I game which I connect via the controller. In the start everything worked great - mic included!

But recently I'm only receiving game volume alongside chat volume? The mic, who has worked great beforehand, don't work anymore :( Please help me :)

Anyone else's PS4 freeze when selecting a game in the ps store?

This has only started happening today,twice I've clicked onto a game and the PS4 completely froze resulting in me having to pull the plug out of it which can seriously fuck up the system but there's no other way to turn it off after it freezes,even the power button stops working. Anyone else having this issue today?

New to PS4 - Slow download speed?

Downloading (or trying to) the preload for COD WWII and I'm sitting at 12.9gb/56.521 downloaded with an estimated 9 hours left. Nothing running in the background. I've got a 100/100 connection with Ethernet cable straight to the console.

What gives with that speed? Is their network that congested or is there something else going On?

Hi guys, so my ps4 pro recently starting freezing to an unplayable level. I've called tech support and I have my proof of purchase ready to go, but I installed a 2 TB hard drive in it when I got it. Does this void the warranty or should I not expect a PS4 pro returned with a 2 TB hard drive if I send it in for repairs? Should I get the 1 TB hard drive from my brother and re install it before sending it back?

Sucker Punch must have listened to me in regards to Ghost of Tsushima

A few weeks ago, I was envisioning a game in my head that they should make. An open-world game where you play as a samurai in feudal Japan. A game where you're walking around the Japanese countryside, katana at your hip, and just explore bamboo forests, towns, villages, Japanese gardens, pagodas, etc., and would have combat that would be more realistic as opposed to games like Ninja Gaiden. It would be based on an authentic, realistic version of Japanese history, as opposed to games like Nioh and Onimusha. Welp, Sucker Punch must have listened (and subsequently traveled back in time 3.5 years to start developing it.) "Seriously, how come no one has made a sprawling samurai open-world game yet?" said Nate Fox, creative director at SP, in his blog. I've been asking that question for a while. Thank you for listening Sucker Punch. You just announced the game I've wanted for so long, and it just shot up to be my most anticipated game!

How to have Playstation Now on 2 PS4s (for you and your friend)

I've looked online to see if anyone has mentioned this but i couldn't find any (or maybe i wasn't looking too hard)

if you're familiar with sharing your ps4 games with another ps4 then this should be easier to understand because it's the same thing but with PS Now.

Steps (if your buddy has a subscription and you want it on your ps4):

1. Make your PS4 their primary

2. While you're still on their account start PS Now and pick a game

3. Start the game and wait for the game to load (longest part of this)

4. Exit the game and make sure the game is in the Home Screen

5. Log in to your account and enjoy the game!

*if you have the subscription and your buddy wants to play games, just switch rolls

Side notes:

• You cannot start PS Now on your account, otherwise you'll be prompt to buy the subscription. You will have to log in to your friend's account for every game you want but at the same time it'll take like a minute, so i suggest that you do this with alot of games at a time so you don't keep going back and forth.

• YOU CANNOT KICK EACH OTHER OFF PS NOW, as a matter of fact; you both can play the same game at the same time. i used Ultra Street Fighter IV to test this and works like a charm (yes, i used 2 PS4s to play each other)

• here is a video of me showing the steps if you wanted to see it first hand, although i didn't play anything to keep the video short :p

i think that's about it, enjoy those classics!!

Is there a way to transfer the save between accounts?

I have an account for each region so I can buy games that are only available for other regions. So I have game saves for some of those accounts that I would like to copy to my main account so that the trophies would show and that I don't have to log into other accounts except for purchases. Has anyone tried it?
