Wasn't asked for which card to pay on, and wrong card was charged.

When trying to but Scorched Earth for my Ark today, I clicked on the in game link to the store and wasn't given any prompt for which card, or even a download. The wrong card has been charged, what's with that? Is it possible to get a refund, because I wasn't given an option.
