Can anyone tell me if the new Hot Shots golf "Everybody's Golf" will be a freemium game?

I see that it is a discount title but no information about in app purchases and whatnot. I want to pre-order but I'm afraid I'll get three out of eight golf courses or a phone port or something like that.
