My PS4 has been having a mini freeze every few seconds or so. It only happens when I get into a game with other people (running around the neighborhood in 2k18 is fine but once I get into a 3v3 MyPark it freezes), also happens with rocket league and party chat. I've tried re-initializing my system and it still is happening. It only started happening after this latest update (4.74) so that might be it. If anyone knows how to fix this or how to restore PlayStation system updates let me know!
