Little brother restart our upgraded PS4 (2TB hard drive upgrade) and tried to power it up. He got a screen displaying the sentences "Cannot Start the PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button." After doing that it displays the message "Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 4.73 or later. You can download it for reinstallation from PlayStation.com." After downloading the update onto a USB stick and inserting it into the appropriate port and selecting "OK" from the two given options, it tells me that the update file cannot be used and I get the error message CE-34788-0.
